"I loved learning how to make my own pasta at your workshop at la Centrale Culinaire! Chef Federico Ghergo showed us how easy it was to make our own pasta using great local flour from La Milanaise! I love learning that we can make a lot of things ourselves, with good quality local ingredients. The whole group made beautiful pasta while enjoying the company of others. We then sat down to enjoy our creations (as well as the delicious sauces by the chef) around the long table. It was a magnificently gourmet evening.
